Admin Manager (Farnham/Surrey)

The Role
• To manage the administration and Admin team of the Society over 7 sites
• Manage the recruitment of the Society
• Preparation of documents, reports and presentations for Board
• Manage and coordinate policy and document review cycles
• Plan and coordinate meetings as needed
• Proof-read documents
• Ensure the Charity’s details are up to date with Companies House and Charity Commission
• Take accurate minutes of meetings as required
• Maintain accurate records of board meetings
• Maintain the Charity’s data bases
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties and Trustees
• General office management
• Run group telecoms – landlines, mobiles and some broadband.
• Supporting the welcome and induction of all leadership and trustee new starters
• Diary management for CEO
• Be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration of the Charity moving forward
• Ensure that all data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Have strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Be fully competent on all MS Office programmes
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to ‘muck in’ when needed!
• Happy to be very hands on
• Be proactive and motivated to take the initiative
• Have experience of staff management
• Have the ability to work independently and use own initiative whilst being able to take direction.
