We would like to wish you a very Happy New Year and thank you for entrusting us with the care of your family member. It is a privilege to be part of their lives, and we will always be dedicated to providing the highest level of care, support and companionship that we can.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are committed to maintaining a quality environment of comfort, care and security.
To facilitate this, each year, we carry out a short survey to find out how you feel we are doing and what improvements you would like to see. The link below will take you to the survey. There are 21 statements that we would like you to grade us on, with a comments box at the end allowing you to add more, if you wish.
We have tried to keep statements and answers akin to what the CQC ask, but in a much shorter version! It is estimated that it will take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
PLEASE NOTE – The survey will remain open until 31st January 2024.
All completed surveys come directly back to us, confidentially, and they are then analysed and shared as appropriate with our Board, Management and Staff. If you do not wish information to be shared, please ensure you add this to your feedback; however, please note that anything which could be detrimental to the residents or staff, affect their wellbeing or the wellbeing of the home will need to be acted upon.
Please feel free to share this link with any other members of your family or friends who visit the home. We will be sending separate surveys to other visitors to the home and the staff.
