Part Time Activities Co-ordinator

PART TIME ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR needed at our Hatch Mill care home for older people, in Farnham, Surrey with occasional travel to other care homes

Description Support with creating, planning and delivering activities, outings, and events.

Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager.

Experience/qualifications Must have professional care experience. Must be a car driver and hold a UK driving licence.

15 hours per week – Tuesdays and alternate weekends. 9am – 5pm with ad hoc hours to support events in the care homes.
