Home Care

The Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society can provide homecare to help people live independently. This is co-ordinated by one of our skilled registered managers, who provide a flexible 24-hour personalised care service, working with the Service User, their family and other agencies to provide the best outcomes.

What we can offer;

Support with your personal care
Our dedicated carers provide help with daily life; help to get out of bed, get dressed, go to the toilet or showering – they are trained to support all of your personal care needs.

Support with household tasks
Our dedicated staff can provide help with ironing, general cleaning, laundry and a host of other everyday jobs.

Support you when you’re home from hospital
Our dedicated carers provide you with the short term support you need to get you independent and well after a stay in hospital.

Support within your community
Our dedicated staff provide help with shopping, meeting your friends, going to the Doctor or hospital and other activities of importance.
