The Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society can provide homecare to help people live independently. This is co-ordinated by one of our skilled registered managers, who provide a flexible 24-hour personalised care service, working with the Service User, their family and other agencies to provide the best outcomes.

Our dedicated carers provide help with daily life; help to get out of bed, get dressed, go to the toilet or showering – they are trained to support all of your personal care needs.

Support with household tasks
Our dedicated staff can provide help with ironing, general cleaning, laundry and a host of other everyday jobs.

Support you when you’re home from hospital
Our dedicated carers provide you with the short term support you need to get you independent and well after a stay in hospital.

Support within your community
Our dedicated staff provide help with shopping, meeting your friends, going to the Doctor or hospital and other activities of importance.

Support end of life care
Our highly trained dedicated members of staff work with you, your family and other health professionals to ensure the best quality of life and that all your needs and wishes are met and fully respected.

Support you and your family to take a break
Our staff provide all the support you need to take short breaks or longer holidays. We can help your family and carers to take a break; whether it’s just an afternoon a week, a short break or a longer term holiday.

Support with food preparation
Our staff can help prepare your meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Care staff can provide support with different nutritional requirements and companionship during meal times.
