Led by one of our experienced registered managers, we offer flexible around-the-clock personalised care, working closely with you, your family, and other support people to offer you the best possible care in your own home.
We provide first-class, person-centred home care that’s customised to what you or your loved ones need. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or someone you care about, our experienced care teams offer a range of flexible services for older people that help them continue to enjoy independence in their own home.
If you need a bit less care, home visits can really help boost and keep up your quality of life. They can be as short as half an hour. Whether you just need a hand with personal stuff, someone to chat with, or help with some chores around the house, our visiting care services can be totally customised to what you need.

Yes all of our care staff undergo an enhanced DBS check.
All care staff upon completion of a DBS check and the receipt of two references are enrolled on training. Training is both face to face and online. There are in excess of 30 training modules which are completed (this may seem a lot but it gives carers a significant amount of knowledge across a variety of needs), before carers go out into the community where they will shadow an experienced carer for as long as they require and will not be on their own until they are confident and have been competency checked.
No there is no minimum requirement, we understand that some people may only require a carer to assist with a shower for example, this could be once or twice a week.
We offer visits lasting anything between thirty minutes and four hours. This can be for assistance with a shower or help with personal care, meal preparation or assisting with medication, valuable companionship or accompanying you to appointments. The amount of time you will need is ascertained at the initial assessment and is based upon your needs and your choices.
No there are no extra charges for travel or assessments.
If you are admitted to hospital or wish to go away on holiday we will hold your allotted time for a maximum of two weeks without charge. If you are away for more than two weeks and still wish to use the service on your return, your visit slot can be retained at the normal chargeable rate.
All calls are able to be cancelled without charge if 48 hours’ notice is given.
This depends on how many visits a week you require.
Carers will be matched with service users and if there are any issues we will always introduce another carer.
