Pie & Pint Day at Hatch Mill.
Residents enjoyed a choice of two pies Beef & Guinness or Chicken & Leek with mash, peas and chantenay carrots. The dessert was either trifle or raspberry fool with a raspberry coulis. They had a selection of Beer, Lager or Cider to have alongside their pub meal. There was also traditional pub classics playing in the background including Chaz and Dave which got everyone singing.
The comments at the end of the meal ‘delicious, loved the flaky pastry’ and ‘nice to have a good choice of beers’.
