Billie has been involved in the care sector since she was 18 years old, gaining experience in a diverse range of roles across various care settings, including positions as a carer, activities coordinator, senior carer, and dementia care manager. With a strong affinity for interpersonal interactions, Billie particularly enjoys connecting with residents, listening to their stories, and learning about their lives. This engagement helps foster a home environment based on friendship and personal relationships.

In her personal time, Billie enjoys going for walks and appreciates reading a good book. As a sociable individual and a newlywed, she also values spending quality time with friends and family, and intriguingly, she finds fulfilment in household chores.

Billie plays a supportive role to the Registered Manager in leading the team at Maitland House, contributing to the creation of a warm, social, and vibrant atmosphere within the home.
